Our villa is located near the Bay of Bengal, and offers stunning and breath-taking views of the sea which makes you feel close to nature and its beauty.
As the name implies, Villa Santorini strives to convey a Greek ambience, with white walls and blue accents. It offers a spectacular view of the sea and very cozy, warm and comfortable surroundings.
We have a small garden right outside the entrance where you can have your morning tea or evening snack. There are five large bedrooms, three of which have beach views. The villa is divided into two floors: the ground floor contains the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and bedroom with ensuite bath; the first floor contains four rooms, each with an ensuite bath; while one of the rooms leads to the terrace.
There is a car park in the grounds outside the villa that can fit up to 3 small cars. The Caretaker has his own room outside the villa, and will help you out at any time during your stay.

- We can accommodate max 14 guests in this villa, with 10 guests on the beds and 4 guests on extra mattresses.
- The villa also has a beautiful covered sitting area in the terrace with some seating.
- All Rooms, living room, dining room are Air-conditioned.
- We have a TV on the ground floor.
- Wi-Fi is available in the villa.
- This Villa has a Kitchen with all Cutlery, Appliances, Hot-water kettle, Toaster, Microwave and induction to make a Basic meal. The kitchen also has a comfortable 4-seater dining table for a bite, it has a fridge on the ground floor and 1 fridge on the 1st floor.
- We have 12 Plates, 12 bowls, 12 glasses and 3 serving bowls, a few utensils like Pan, Milk pot, Dosa pan with ladles and a serving spoon.
- We have a Generator that will offer 24 x 7 electricity.
- There is parking for 2 – 3 cars inside the villa.

- The Kitchen leads to the Swimming pool, This Villa has a Pool which is 5 ft deep. We do not have a lifeguard on site.
- We have a shower area near the pool and also have a cute coffee table to relax and enjoy the view of the sea visible from the pool area.
- There is a beautiful lush green lawn at the entrance of the villa, the lawn has a good seating spot to relax.
- Linen is provided once during your stay; we do not provide any bathroom amenities like soap etc. for the time being.
- All delivery services are available at this place, there are several restaurants and markets in 2 - 3 km radius.
- There are 4 cameras around the villa in the lawn for the safety and security of the guests.
- All bathrooms have instant Heater,howeveryou need to tell the Caretaker in advance to put on the switch as it is located outside.
- We have Wine glasses, Beer mugs, Bottle openers.
- We have a RO plant for water, however suggest to please bring your own preferred Mineral water, it can be stored in the refrigerator.
- We provide hand wash in all bathrooms.
- We have provided 2 board games, Chess and multi board games.
